NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated January 11, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-009656-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-B, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JUAN VALDEZ A/K/A JUAN DE LA CRUZ VALDEZ A/K/A JUAN DELACRUZ VALDEZ; ONDREA L. DIXON A/K/AONDREA L. DIXON VALDEZ; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; VAK M100 FUND, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TBF FINANCIAL, LLC; PLEASANT OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Tiffany M.
