NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 03, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-010008 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein Parc Corniche Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff and Noma Investments Florida Corp., and Unknown Tenant, are Defendants, I, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via ELECTRONIC SALE AT WWW.MYORANGECLERK.
