THOMAS JASON DROLLINGER,
an incapacitated person
You are hereby notified that Joseph L. Reidt, as the Plenary Guardian of the Property of Thomas Jason Drollinger (the “Ward”) has filed in case number 18-000082-GA, pending in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, a Petition for Discharge of Guardian upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward to the State of Michigan, and will apply for discharge on March 29, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.; and that the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the Probate Court for Kent County, Michigan. The name and address of the Guardian and his attorney are set forth at the end of this notice. The name and address of the foreign guardian is: Joseph L. Reidt, 2665 Burgen Ave., NE, Grand Rapids MI 49525. The name and address of the attorney for the foreign guardian is: Daniel Blauw, Esq., 2040 Raybrook SE, Ste. 205, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
Any objection to the Guardian's petition for discharge or final report shall be in writing; shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based; and shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge or the date of the first publication of this Notice; and a notice of hearing on the objection shall be served within 90 days after the objection is filed, or the objection is abandoned.
