NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2023, and entered in Case No. 532022CA002640000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which MAGERICK, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARLINE A. BRYANT, DECEASED; RODNEY BRYANT A/K/A RODNEY BRYANT, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODNEY BRYANT A/K/A RODNEY BRYANT, JR.; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; ADVANTAGE ASSETS II, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TASUA MARKLAND; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SHAON MARKLAND are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 3rd day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
