NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 6, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA000975CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2CB, Plaintiff and RUTBELINA ESCALANTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A YEIDY AGUILAR are defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 3, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
