NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated January 19th, 2023, and entered in Case Number: 2022-CA-001711, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BELLA VERANO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER LEWIS ROBINSON, individually; JELEISHA MARJORIE ROBINSON, individually; SECRETARY OF URBAN HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 21st day of March, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
