PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on March 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at 2504 Ave. G NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880, Southwinds Mobile Home Park, Inc., pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Gregory Hayes Tripp, to wit: A certain 1988 BAYS doublewide mobile home, bearing VIN # 33610742X. The name of the former tenant is Gregory Hayes Tripp.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
