Lakeshore Ranch Community Development District
Request for Proposals for Security Services
The Lakeshore Ranch Community Development District (the “District”), located in Pasco County, Florida is soliciting qualifications to provide professional security services on a continuing basis. The security contractor will provide a variety of security services, implementing security objectives according to policies and procedures of the District, as more specifically set forth in the Bid Package. The Bid Package will be available on February 17, 2023 by email to Patricia Thibault, District Manager, Email: [email protected].
Any firm or individual (“Applicant”) desiring to provide professional security services to the District must: 1) hold applicable federal, state and local licenses; 2) be authorized to do business in Florida in accordance with Florida law; and 3) furnish a statement of its qualifications (“Qualification Statement”). The Qualification Statement at a minimum should include a statement of interest, the resume of the lead security supervisor proposed to be assigned to the District, any experience as a security officer for any community development districts, and a list of at least three references.
All Applicants interested must submit one original hard copy and one electronic copy of their Qualification Statement by 12:00 p.m. on March 3, 2023 to the attention of Patricia Thibault, District Manager, Breeze, 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary, Florida 32746, and via email to [email protected].
Qualification Statements which are received after the cut-off date and time will not be considered. Written questions should be addressed to the District Manager at the email address set forth above. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Qualification Statements, to waive informalities, and to re advertise this Request for Qualifications. Applicants shall not be entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses associated with a response to this Request for Qualifications.
Any protest regarding the terms of this Request for Qualifications must be filed in writing, within seventy-two (72) hours after the publication of this Request for Qualifications. Any Applicant who is affected adversely by a District decision to award the agreement shall file with the District a written notice of protest within seventy-two (72) hours after receipt of the notice of the District's decision. Additional information and requirements regarding protests are set forth in the District's Rules of Procedure, which are available from the District Manager.
