Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 31, Township 32 South, Range 20 East, thence North 89 deg 22'48” East, 390.77 feet along the South boundary of said Section 31, thence North 09 deg 00'00” East, 56.30 feet, thence Eats 417.73 feet, thence North 50.00 feet at a point of NON-Tangent curve concave to the North having a radius of 250.61 feet; thence Easterly 54.98 feet along said curve through a central angle of 12 deg 34'11” (chord bears North 83 deg 42'55” East, 54.87 feet), thence non-tangent to said curve, North 31 deg 00'0.35” West, 3,630.07 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest having a radius of 185.00 feet, thence Northwesterly 77.14 feet along said curve through a central angle of 23 deg 53'27” (chord bears North 42 deg 56'46” West, 76.58 feet) to the Point of Beginning, thence non-tangent to said curve South 58 deg 59'56.5” West, 326.42 feet, thence North 31 deg 00' 03.5 West, 231.18 feet, thence North 89 deg 17' 15” East 290.19 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the South having a radius of 185.00 feet; thence Easterly 115.66 feet along said curve through a central angle of 35 deg 49' 15” (chord bears South 72 deg 48'08” East, 113.79 feet) to the Point of Beginning.
