YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property located in Lee County at 8356 Penny Dr., North Fort Myers, FL 33917, and described as follows:
Lot 31, Block 15, Suncoast Estates Subdivision, unrecorded, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Official Records Book 824, Page(s) 835, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Garrett W. McIntyre, Esq., The McIntyre Law Firm, PLLC, 1520 Royal Palm Square Blvd., Suite 210, Fort Myers, Florida 33919 on or before March 27, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title.
