NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 6th day of February 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-002641, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and KRISTIN C. PITTMAN MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER SPANISH GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. UBS OVERSIGHT, INC. DAVID B. PITTMAN; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEVIN C.
