NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Foreclosure Sale to Occur at the Property) executed on February 6, 2023, (the “Final Judgment”) in Case No.: 22-CA-002448 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Lien Capital, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Alyssa Angelini, Mark Wheeler and MV Realty PBC, LLC are Defendants, that Lien Capital, LLC, or its authorized representative, will sell to the highest and best bidder at a public sale the following described residential real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Legal Description: The South 170 feet of the East 175 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, less right-of-way for Mulrennan Road, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.

The sale shall occur on March 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM, or soon thereafter, at the property, i.e., 1722 S. Mulrennan Road, Valrico, FL 33594, as set forth in and in accordance with the Final Judgment. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
