NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 08, 2022, and entered in 29-2022-CA-000584 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2020-GS5 is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH L. GARNER A/K/A DEBORAH GARNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH L. GARNER A/K/A DEBORAH GARNER; CARLYLE GARDEN TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 16, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 55, ET SEQ., AND THE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS AND CONFIRMATION TO SAID DECLARATION RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 4684, PAGE 997; O.R. BOOK 6112, PAGE 339; OR BOOK 6148, PAGE 28; OR BOOK 6353, PAGE 346; OR BOOK 6451, PAGE 596 AND O.R BOOK 6454, PAGE 1390, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
