NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 9, 2022 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-003095, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and JAMES KNAPIK A/K/A JAMES A. KNAPIK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES KNAPIK A/K/A JAMES A. KNAPIK; KAMINI BAY ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 14, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK 1 OF HIGH PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
