NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2023 and entered in Case No. 21-004912-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and Robert Halgren, Elizabeth Sparrow-Halgren, Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
