YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property has been filed, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on MICHAEL K. McFADDEN, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 261 Indian Rocks Road North, Belleair Bluffs, Florida 33770, on or before April 18, 2023, and to file your original defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you as to the relief demanded in the Complaint, which will be granted.
Unit 83, BELL-AIRE MOBILE VILLAGE, A COOPERATIVE, according to the unrecorded Master Occupancy Agreement (Master Form Proprietary Lease) of BELL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., dated the 14th day of August, 1996, according to Exhibit “C-2” (plot plan) thereof, in Pinellas County, Florida; also known as:
Lot 83 of Bel-Aire Mobile Home Park at 11300 124th Avenue, Largo, Florida, containing a 1982 Liberty Mobile Home bearing VIN 10L15381 and Title Number 21974335, and its contents; and a share in BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., altogether having an estimated value of $ 5,500.
