NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered on February 7, 2023 nunc pro tunc January 25, 2023 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2023, the following property described below, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in the Amended Final Judgment:
