YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed in the above- entitled court by the above-named Plaintiff against Name Seeker, Inc., Marc R. Lawya and Howard J. Becker in a suit for Breach of Agreement, Breach of Guaranty as to Defendant, Marc R. Lawya and Breach of Guaranty as to Defendant, Howard J. Becker.
You are notified and required to file your answer, pleadings and written defenses to said Complaint with the Clerk of the said Court and to serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff or Plaintiff's attorney, Andrea C. Lyons, Esquire of Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, 30 S. Spring Street, Pensacola, FL 32502, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, which first publication date was on the 17 day of February, 2023, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Pinellas County, Florida.
