NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2022 and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated February 10, 2023 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2022-CC-003873 of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE WAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. is the Plaintiff and EDDY MARCELLIN is the Defendant, that KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 604 OF THE WAVE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14342, PAGE 2366 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 136, PAGES 100-104, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3315 58th Ave. S. Unit 604 St. Petersburg, FL 33712
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on March 17, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROEPRTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
