NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-000402-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Arlene Laverne Gladden a/k/a Arlene La Verne Gladden a/k/a Arlene Lorenz a/k/a Arline La Verne Wilson, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 2, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 752, BUILDING 12, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822, PAGE 374 THROUGH 454, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
