NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of February, 2023, and entered in Case No. 17-005293-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Community Loan Servicing, LLC f/k/a Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC. is the Plaintiff and VERMELL WILLIAMS; is Defendant. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.foreclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of March 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 7, WESTMINSTER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
