NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 30, 2023, entered in Case No.: 2022 CA 000673 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARTHA MATHEWS; JANET WAID, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF DOYLE WAID; JANET WAID, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DOYLE WAID; UNKNOWN SPOSUE OF JANET WAID; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JANET WADE, are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on April 11, 2023 by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the SW1/4 of Section 23, Township 26 South, Range 27 East, Polk County, Florida, run North 360.29 feet to the Point of Beginning, continue North 208.71 feet, thence West parallel to the South line of Section 23, a distance of 208.71 feet, thence South 208.71 feet, thence East 208.71 feet to the Point of Beginning, TOGETHER WITH an easement over and upon the following described property for use as a road for ingress and egress and for electrical service or other utilities to wit: From the Southwest corner of subject property run East along the South boundary of subject property a distance of 7.5
feet for a Point of Beginning, thence South to the County maintained clay road; said Easement shall be 15 feet in width, 7.5 feet on either side of the above described center line.
TOGETHER WITH 1999 Fleetwood Mobile Home Vin# *****
together with all improvements and fixtures attached thereto.
