Apartment 143 of Twin Lakes Village First Condominium Association, Inc., Sixth Building, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Twin Lakes Village First, dated the 15th day of October 1974 in O.R. Book 769,Page 1372, and Amendment recorded in O.R. Book 884. Page 216, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and is commonly referred to as 5414 Chad Place, New Port Richey, Florida 34652, Parcel ID No.: 17-26-16-062E-00600-1430 (hereinafter the “Property”),
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on The Law Offices of Jeffrey A. Herzog, 3106 Alternate US 19, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683, on or before March 27th, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
