BILLINGS IV; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM BILLINGS A/K/A WILLIAM J. BILLINGS IV N/K/A ERIKA BILLINGS; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendant(s).
