NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on January 13, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-009349-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-E, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E is the Plaintiff, and JAMES SHAKESPEARE A/K/A JAMES NATHANIEL SHAKESPEARE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LEILA WARREN A/K/A LEILA PATRICIA WARREN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A STACIAN THOMPSON; IAN THOMPSON are Defendants.

LOT 28, BEACON HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
