NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 14, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-005995-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and SAMUEL B. GRAPER A/K/A SAMUEL BLAIR GRAPER and ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on March 13, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, LEWIS MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE(S) 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
