NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 14, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2021-CA-004569-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BU1 is the Plaintiff, and VARIAN C. BRANDON; KEVIN BOLES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VARIAN C. BRANDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN BOLES N/K/A FAITH PERKINS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; GEICO INDEMNITY INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF EFRAIN VELAZQUEZ; WESTYN BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants.
