NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 05, 2018, and entered in 2018-CA-003238-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY HOME EQUITY SOLUTIONS, INC. (FKA GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC.) is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAIME GUTIERREZ (DECEASED); MAGDA ERNESTINA VEGA A/K/A MAGDA VEGA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURTS IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MARIA F. GUTIERREZ; CLAUDIA GUTIERREZ; OMAR GUTIERREZ; VICTOR GUTIERREZ; WILLIAM GUTIERREZ; SANDRA GUTIERREZ; SKY LAKE SOUTH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
