NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 12, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2022-CA-005839, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which the Plaintiff, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL LOAN TRUST 2021-4, successor-in-interest to VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL, LLC, a foreign limited liability company, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of March, 2023, the following real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
