NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000060 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Brian J Whitaker, Jamie McBride-Whitaker, Wyndham Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the March 13, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
