U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RCF2 ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and JOHN DEHAVEN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN DEHAVEN, DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., HFC COLLECTION CENTER, INC., THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., ASTRUSTEE ON BEHALFOFTHE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-H, THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
