YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory relief has been filed in Daniel Dauta v. Raymond James Associates, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Case No. 22-004791-CI, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Civil Division, Florida, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
All persons having claims or demands against Joe L. Thornton regarding the above action must file their claims with this court within thirty days of the first date of publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court.
