ROJAS are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 16, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK C, GULF TO BAY ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
