NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered February 16, 2023, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit A-25, BAY WEST CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 35, Pages 65 through 68, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4895, Pages 535 through 600 inclusive, and as amended, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on March 15, 2023.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
