NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Second Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 25, 2023, in Case No. 19-001818-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, Not in its Individual Capacity But Solely as Trustee for the Rmac Trust, Series 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff, and Christine C. Hughes; Unknown Spouse of Christine C. Hughes; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC (F/K/A Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.) are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 A.M. on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.comon the 21st day of March, 2023, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
