NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 1, 2022, in Case No. 2020-CA-000571 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Trustee For The Rmtp Trust, Series 2019-C is Plaintiff, and Amy Rebecca Drake A/K/A Amy R. Raniolo A/K/A Amy Rebecca Raniolo A/K/A Amy Raniolo, John E. Raniolo Iii, Unknown Spouse Of Amy Rebecca Drake A/K/A Amy R. Raniolo A/K/A Amy Rebecca Raniolo A/K/A Amy Raniolo, Unknown Spouse Of John E. Raniolo Iii, Copper Ridge Village Homeowners Association, Inc., Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union and State of Florida, Department of Revenue, are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 30th day of January, 2023, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
