TATE, LAKE JOY AND MAGIC LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., MICHAEL W. TATE, PASCO COUNTY CONSTRUCTION BOARD, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AS TO PARCEL 1 N/K/A RYAN SANCHEZ are the Defendants.
