NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27, 2022, and entered in 2022CC006252000000, of the County Court in and for Polk County Florida, wherein The Oaks Northwest Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff and Blue Pearl Ventures Inc, are Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for cash as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on January 18, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 4, OF THE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED NOVEMBER 15, 1979, AND RECORDED MARCH 11, 1980, IN O.R BOOK 1932, PAGE 1, AND SET FORTH AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/12TH INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THE AFORESAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
