NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2022, and entered in 18-CA-008622 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT INAND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; REGINALD ELDER; HOWARD ANTHONY KNIGHT; ALGIE BAPTIST; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FLOSSIE PEARL PITTMAN A/K/A FLOSSIE PEARL LYNN A/K/A FLOSSIE LYNN, DECEASED; ALOMA M.
