NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2022, and entered in 19-CA-007325 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOY THOMAS, DECEASED; SHADOW LAKES AT LEHIGH ACRES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; HALLIE JORDAN SETZER; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DYLAN HAYDEN SETZER, DECEASED; ANTHONY GETE SETZER; ERIC O. BEAM; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Kevin C.
