NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2022, and entered in 2022-CA-008061-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and GLAMARLYS BLASETTI; MARIA HERNANDEZ; MOSS PARK MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE ENCLAVE AT MOSS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 02, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
