NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2022, entered in Case No. 22-CA-1676 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HAMPTON HILLS SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and YVENET AUCUL, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court of Polk County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at https://polk.realforeclose.com/ at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of February 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
