NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2022CA001370000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, whereby BE A MAN BUY LAND, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO MOC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO MOC, FRANCISCO MOC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO MOC, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 27, 2023 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
