NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2023, and entered in 2022CC006165000000, of the County Court in and for Polk County Florida, wherein The Oaks Northwest Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff and Blue Pearl Ventures Inc and Unknown Tenant #1, are Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for cash as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on February 7, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
UNIT 8, THE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1932, PAGE 1, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
