Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Unit 1-205, GRAND OAK AT TARA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1738, Pages 5953 through 6051, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

At the public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 31, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
