NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated November 21, 2022 entered in Case No. 2019-CA-001284, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ross D. Montgomery and Stefani L. Montgomery are Plaintiffs and Ebony King and Everett King are Defendants, that the Clerk of Court, Angelina M. Colonneso, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at February 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
Being at the SE corner of Section 30, Township 33 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence S 89°45'26'' West along the South line of said 30, a distance of 1289.50 feet to the East right of way line of Jackson Road; thence N 00°25'42'' West, along said right of way line, 80.00 feet; thence N 89°45'26'' East, 922.08 feet; thence N 00°21'13'' East, 311.39 feet; thence N 89°50'41'' East, 368.51 feet to the East line of Section 30; thence S 00'21'13'' West, along said East line, 390.83 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Commonly known as: 6502 28th Avenue East, Palmetto, Florida 34221 (the “Property”).
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
