NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of January, 2023, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-004998, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and CHARLES J. WHITE ; DOWNWIND MANAGEMENT, INC. ; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A KYLE ISHIE ; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A ERIN ISHIE ; LACEY N. WHITE and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00am on the 6th day of February, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 38, BLOCK 35, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL âKâ AND âPâ, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE(S) 293, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE
CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
