NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 6th day of January 2023, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008308 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE6 is the Plaintiff and JASON J. BELES A/K/A JASON JAMES BELES GULF COAST ASSISTANCE, LLC ISABEL HENRIQUES-BELES A/K/A MARIA ISABEL HENRIQUES-BELES; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of February 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
