NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 4, 2023, issued in and for Hillsborough, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-005154, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR NYMT LOAN TRUST I is the Plaintiff, and FLORIDA REGIONAL BUILDERS LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA CODE ENFORCEMENT are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, HILLSBOROUGH CLERK OF COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on February 17, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, REVISED MAP OF CORONA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
