NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2022, and entered in 52-2021-CA-005939 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF AILEEN S. PRICE, DECEASED.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HOLLY CARA PRICE, DECEASED; KATHRYN BIRSTEIN; SUN ISLAND ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). BOOK 4595, PAGES 767 THROUGH 779, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 77140959, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO SAIDDECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
